EXCHANGE AND REFUND POLICY

  • All products purchased from Teetwo can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase – no requests will be entertained after that time.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customers will have to bear the shipping costs for returning articles at their own expense.
  • Any items that have been worn, used, altered or washed will not be exchanged.
  • +Colors may slightly vary in some products in terms of brightness and contrast according to screen resolution and settings. In such conditions your request may not be entertained.
  • Summer stock will be exchanged only with Summer items & Winter items only with Winter stock. Customer has to bear the difference cost if they exchange with any expensive product.
